.NET with C# Lab

C# was designed to be simple and easy to use. Since C# is a high-level language, it reads somewhat closer to English. In addition, C# abstracts away most of the complex details of the machine so that we can focus on programming instead of worrying about the little details which are considered to be both tedious and difficult.

Our department Bachelor of Computer Application has included the study of C#.NET at the end of our course. As we know before this student is already aware of the basic features of programming language thus it will become easy for them to learn everything about C#. C# was developed by Microsoft to build apps on the Microsoft platform.

As a programming language’s ability to stay relevant and survive in world depends on whether the language is getting new blood or not. According to Google awards, it is found that C# has a healthy number of search volumes and is the 5th place in terms of the programming language where people are most interested in learning.

So as a current technology we have included C# in our curriculum. We start our technology with the study of its evolution, path adopted, features and flavors of it and what’s special about it to study.

Before making students to program we tell them how to install .NET framework SDK(Software Development Kit), what are the system requirements and related topics. We make them aware of the IDE (Integrated Development Environment) used i.e. Visual Studio elements and components.

As soon the students get habituate with this IDE we start with an example of small program and then explain each and every part of it complete detail so that they get the insight of syntax and semantics. C# is an object-oriented language, after getting the syntax of language we make them study and implement these features.

C#.NETis used to develop website applications & console applications. Once students get to know the complete details of the language. We guide them to develop applications so that the can be used in day to day life. So in this section, we help them to establish database connectivity which helps them to use in real time projects. As most of the real-time project involve link with database.

Students having interest in games and music can also develop application using C#.NET.

At last .NET promises to empower users to communicate on their terms.
